Team Building 2019

At CEREALOG, it’s an unavoidable event : Team Building !

This year, we are heading to Arcachon by car, by train (despite some strikes 😉) and even by plane !

The objective is to bring together employees from different agencies in a friendly setting, conducive to exchange.

🥂 Over a drink, we got to know the newly arrived colleagues better. We shared our many successes, talked about our strengths and achievements in the face of complex situations. And above all, we toasted to 2020 and its beautiful perspectives !

On Saturday morning, we discovered the Arcachon basin by sea, heading for the Ile aux Oiseaux, the Cabanes Tchanquées and Cap Ferret.

In the afternoon, we were supposed to challenge ourselves on the Dune du Pilat, but the capricious weather did not allow us to do so. No worries ! The CEREALOG team knows how to adapt ! 💪

We faced each other around a construction game, if dialogue and listening to each other could make the difference, the risk-taking and creativity of some teams did not fail to make us laugh !

We closed this beautiful weekend with a cocktail. And then, it was already time to leave… 😪
