The CEREALOG Team at the Ile de Ré for a Team Building under the sign of adventure !

After two years without being able to organise this event, the CEREALOG Team was over-motivated…

It is important to know that Team Building is an event that is eagerly awaited by all employees. It brings together colleagues from different agencies for a few days. It is an opportunity to meet for the first time for some and to get together for others.

This year we chose to take the whole team to an island… the Ile de Ré! 🏝☀

We started the weekend with a lunch with all the staff on Friday lunchtime, followed by a general meeting where we were able to review our activity over the last two years.

We then took the road to the island! The weekend could finally begin! 😎

We started the two days with a festive cocktail party. 🍹 Until the end of the night for some 😉

On Saturday morning, we headed to the beach to join our team and take on the challenges of the famous TV show “Koh Lanta”. Our teams were put to the test with collective physical activities but not only… thinking, tactics and cold blood (tasting spiders, scorpions, larvae for the losers!). And to finish, the famous test of the poles!

At lunchtime, we were lucky enough to enjoy the incredible setting of the Beach Bar for a lunch by the sea.

Electric bikes, riddles and a map were then waiting for us for a bike rally to discover the island, its landscapes and its inhabitants. We had the chance to meet Cédric, a salt worker from Rivesaline, who introduced us to his activity.

To close this day, we met around a barbecue. A friendly and pleasant moment in this sunny month of May.
